As part of our environment friendly policy “to save water & energy” We have taken initiative to convert all water cooled system to air cooled system.Apollo offers environment friendly Air cooled retrofitment Cooling Package for large industrial compressor for converting water-cooled circuit by air-cooled circuit. In Air Cooled Circuit, Compressed Air and Jacket Water is cooled by atmospheric air. The Jacket Water is circulated in close loop. The Cooling Package consists of Air Cooled Intercooler, Aftercooler, Jacket Water Cooler, Fan, Fan Motor, Pump, Make-up Water Tank and Other Accessories.
The Old Water Cooled Compressor can be easily replaced by Apollo’s Air Cooled compressor and trouble related to water cooled systems can be eliminated altogether .Compact size and fluxless vacuum brazed aluminium plate fin heat exchanger technology make it lighter in weight & enable us to provide high heat transfer rate which can eliminate to use water cooled system for same application.
