FUEL PRESSURE PIPE (BLOCK & CONNECTING)
We are India’s first supplier & manufacturer of block & connecting type fuel pressure pipe for Indian Railways for MAK diesel locomotive WDS4 which were manufactured by Indian Railway’s own workshop M/S Chittaranjan Locomotive Works.
Using German made special fuel injection tubing, we manufacture assemblies with integral cones using SPMs for achieving high credibility and reliability of the assemblies to ensure leak-proof joints for the end use. Each & every tubing and assembly after formation of cones is subjected to crack detection by Magnaflux (Magnetic particle) testing and those found having cracks are destroyed.
