FUEL OIL LINE
Apollo has been one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of fuel oil lines for Diesel Locomotives of GM Design to Indian Railways and have perfected the process of manufacturing and testing Fuel Oil Line assemblies. The MS cones are induction brazed to the copper coated ¼” diameter bundy tubes with 0.8 mm thick.
Despite heavy vibrations in the loco, the sturdiness of the assembly is achieved by perfected induction brazing of tips (cones) to the bundy tubes. The perfect shape of the tips (cones) ensures leak-proof joint ensuring no leakage of fuel oil.

Since 40 years ,Apollo stands a record in supply of reliable diesel locomotive components like fuel injection tube, fuel oil line, lube oil line, nozzle cooling sleeve and many more to Indian Railways. Fuel oil line is developed by Apollo for Indian Railways. when ALCO locos were manufactured at DLW, Varanasi. It is fitted in cylinder head of ALCO BG locos WDM2/WDM3, WDS6 and MG locos YDM4 & all allied series of these locos.
