Cold Box is a insulated carbon steel enclosure with flange terminations.It’s best described as a process module incorporating all the following Supports and houses,heat exchangers, piping, other related cryogenic equipment that hold a gas or liquid at a very low temperature.The heart of the cold box are the aluminum plate fin heat exchanger manufactured by vacuum brazing. Apollo has successfully indigenized these heat exchangers in India.
